Terms & Conditions – Sky Originals Amadeus x Bang & Olufsen promotion

 

The following terms and conditions will apply to the Sky Originals Amadeus x Bang & Olufsen promotion.

 

Promoter

 

  1. The Promoter of this Promotion is Bang & Olufsen, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (registration number: 8014782) whose registered address is 7 Albemarle Street, London, England, W1S 4HQ (the “Promoter”).

 

Eligibility

 

  1. The following terms and conditions shall exclusively apply to the Bang & Olufsen “Sky Originals Amadeus x Bang & Olufsen” prize promotion (the “Promotion”) within the United Kingdom for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

 

  1. This Promotion is open to Bang & Olufsen customers whose address is based in London or the South East of England, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of age and/or residency may be required.

 

  1. Employees (or family members or agents of employees) of the Promoter, Bang & Olufsen, The Promotions Factory (trading as “tpf”) and companies directly associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.

 

Promotional Period

 

  1. The Promotion will be open for entry from 20 November 2025 and shall close on 23:59 on 24 November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after the Promotion Period has closed will automatically be disqualified.

 

  1. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

 

Entry requirements

 

  1. To enter the Promotion you must:

 

  1. Be a previous or existing customer of Bang & Olufsen who remains on their South/South-East database of customers who are opted in to marketing communications
  2. Have received an email from Bang & Olufsen, containing the link to the competition page
  3. Visit the competition page here: [https://bang-olufsen-exclusive-premiere.com]
  4. Enter your details into the online entry page form linked in the email sent between 20 November and 24 November 23:59 .

 

 

 

  1. A maximum of one entry per person over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified

 

  1. Invalid, incomplete, misdirected or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. Promotion of entries through third party websites other than the host website is prohibited and will be monitored. The Promoter reserves the right to not award prizes if qualifying criteria is not met and the right to select a replacement entry into the prize draw element of the Promotion. 

 

  1. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.    

 

  1. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are automatically generated by computer using ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or in the sole judgment of the Promoter, infringe on third party rights or are unsuitable for publication. Any breach of this clause will void any prize award.   

 

  1. In entering the prizes draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. 

 

Winner selection and notification

 

  1. The winners will be selected from all valid entries from the Promotion Period by a random generated computer draw on 25 November 2025.

 

  1. The winners will be notified within 3 calendar days of 25 November 2025.

 

  1. The winner’s full name, email address and phone number will be shared for prize fulfilment purposes. The winner will be contacted by phone to confirm availability and acceptance of prize within 4 days of the competition closure. Upon confirmation, the winner will be contacted by email with details on how to collect their tickets within 76 hours of confirming their prize.

 

  1. Winners may be asked to show proof of email communication from Bang & Olufsen making them aware of the competition.

 

Prizes

 

  1. 10 x winners will each be awarded 1 x Prize. Each prize winner will receive 2 x tickets to the UK Amadeus Premiere at Odeon Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LQ on 2nd December 2025. Doors open at 6pm with guest seated at 7pm.

 

  1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

 

  1. The winner will be informed via phone or email that they have won.
  2. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize unless stated and the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. The prize package includes 2 x premiere tickets only, and winners are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
  4. The prize winner must be aged 18 or over and their guest must be 15 years or older. If a winner’s guest is under 18 then the winner must be his/her parent or guardian.
  5. The prize does not include any other service or item not specifically described above.

 

  1. The winners must be available on 2nd December 2025.

 

  1. Each Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize if they are not available on the date set out above.

 

Data Protection 

 

  1. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize. 

 

  1. If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your Full Name for post-event publicity purposes without additional remuneration.  

 

  1. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Click herefor the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by contacting us through the “Contact us” link on the Bang & Olufsen site. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. 

 

General 

 

  1. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 

 

  1. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 

 

  1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.    

 

  1. The terms and conditions of any other third-party supplier associated with the Promotion will also apply to the prize where applicable (for example, the provider of an event or experience). If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence. 

 

  1. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

 

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified. 

 

  1. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants, TPF or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.    

 

  1. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. 

 

  1. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion.
